You will want to select them and press Ctrl+F4. Go to Actor section and scroll until you see asterisks appear in the "count" column. CK will load all necessary masters on it's own. They will be marked with an asterisk "*".

Set mod adding NPCs as active so you can clearly see all added NPCs. , check HMB TCC.esp and mod that adds NPCs into your game. Open Creation Kit(through MO2 or standalone, depending on your modding setup), select File=>Data. In CreationKit.ini under section find "bAllowMultipleMasterLoads=" and set it to 1 Just copy the entire section into "CreationKitCustom.ini" Do the same for "CreationKitCustom.ini" if you are as paranoid as me. hopefully someone comes and clarifies this for me and anyone who will encounter same problems in the future.Ģ.2. I am not sure whether this is necessary, but it didn't break anything for me.

In my case it was Helgen Reborn giving me headaches, so I added Helgen Reborn.bsa to the end of "SResourceArchiveList2=". I also added NPC mod's BSA into the list. Add HMB TCC.bsa and HMB TCC - Textures.bsa(not sure if this one is necessary) in the end of "SResourceArchiveList2=" divided by commas between them.Ģ.1.Open CreationKit.ini, scroll to section, set "bInvalidateOlderFiles=" to 1 and "bUseArchives=" to 1.Literally NOWHERE in topics regarding black face do people mention that you MUST have mod's BSA archives loaded in CK via an ini file. Okay, I figured it out and I feel a little dumb. +Wheels of Lull Lullian Harquesubs CTD Fix +Artifacts - The Tournament of the Ten Bloods +Maelstrom - Fully Voiced Follower and Quest Mod

Its nigh impossible to test, since it comes and goes for no apparent reason. This has also persisted through several load order changes, so I have no clue what could be causing this.

Sometimes though, I get an automatic ctd when I walk somewhere near that area that keeps happening no matter how many times I restart the game! I don't have any 'dangerous' mods installed that I'm aware of. Most of the time, I can walk past the area without issue. Here is the setting of my SkyrimPrefs.ini and Skyrim.ini And the only thing that I did different in the current game is that I use ELE instead of ELFX (Due to some people in ELF report a CTD bug in specific location and there is no answer from the author yet so I think I will not risk my late game for that)Ībout the game setting, all high (even the brightness I put it to maximum, ENB still dark) I have tracked down my old mod list from my very old reddit answer. Screenshot (same with this, look perfect in my old game, but my current game this place look pretty dark, the saturation pretty bold) Screenshot (Interior looks pretty light, in my current game, this place look like a pitch black except the zone which have the light then it will bright better, but basically the zone like the corner of the room will be pitch black) (The screenshot above I'm using Visceral ENB as well, you can see it completely different.) Here is the screenshot I took from years ago, I'm using Visceral ENB. Here is the one I edit in PTS to make it looks exactly what I saw inside the game. Also looks pretty dark when inside the interior like caves, or interior have less light. But after I take a screenshot and check it outside the game, it looks completely different with during the gameplay. And when in game, the saturation looks dark, like the location which suppose to be dark will be more darker, and the light location will be more lighter. I have tried a lot of ENB, install and edit ini carefully based on each ENB. After removed and use NAT with ELFX instead, the game looks beautiful again. : Turned it was causes by some weather mod and ELE, make the game gamma looks very dark.
